Refund policy

In the event of an error on the part of our company, we will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of the order as well as the shipping costs.

If no error has occurred on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded, and the shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT yet been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours.

NOTES
Hoodmade reserves the right to revoke or modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions. In the case of repeated returns, or if Hoodmade, at its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
